A Message for workshop participants

I am sitting at my favorite outdoor cafe, Cafe Aroma, and the lunch "crowd" is beginning to arrive. My friend Renate Caine will be joining me shortly. It's so nice to see the sun after so long. May isn't the best month for sunshine in Los Angeles. As always promised, we are experiencing our Gray May to be followed by June Gloom. But, Idyllwild sits a mile above sea level and above the fog line. It's beautiful to be up among the pine trees and other greenery.

The psychic reading I gave this morning was amazing. It was a great way to start this weekend of spiritual work. I just pulled a Rune for the weekend message and as always it is timely. So, here you go Workshop Attendees, your Rune Message follows.

Kano

Opening, Fire, Torch

This is the Rune of opening, renewed clarity, dispelling the darkness that has been shrouding some part of your life, You are free now to receive, and to know the joy of non-attached giving.
Kano is the Rune for the morning of activities, for seriousness, clear intent and concentration, all of which are essential at the beginning of work. The protection offered by Kano is this: The more Light ou have, the better you can see what is trivial and outmoded in your conditioning.
In relationships, there can now be a mutual opening up. You may serve as the trigger, the timekeeper, through your awareness that the Light of understanding is once again available to you both.
Recognize that while on the one hand you are limited and dependent, on the other you exist at the perfect center where the harmonious and beneficent forces of the universe merge and radiate. you are that center.
Simply put, if you have been operating in the dark, there is now enough light to see that the patient on the operating table is yourself.
