Idyllwild Healing Arts

I so love Idyllwild! I've arrived and it's sunny and warm and glorious. Tomorrow is the Spiritual Workwout and The Course at The Caine Learning Center. The Course will be so much fun and I'm really looking forward to teaching these techniques for raising energetic vibrations. So many people are looking for ways to overcome old mental monkey chatter that keeps them stuck in old habits. The class handouts are being printed out as I speak and we are eager to have some fun with it all. See you there.
